Brentwood, Tenn. – August 16, 2017 – Inc. magazine named Confirmation.com, the world’s leading provider of secure audit confirmation services, to its annual Inc. 5000 for the eighth consecutive year. In its 36th year, the Inc. 5000 list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest growing privately-held companies.

“To be recognized as one of America’s fastest growing companies for the eighth consecutive year is a humbling achievement,” said Brian Fox, president and founder of Confirmation.com. “This honor is a testament to the dedication of our employees and their collective commitment to deliver a more efficient audit confirmation process.”

As an eight time honoree, Confirmation.com, ranks 3205 on this year’s list. The company continues to be among an elite group on the Inc. 5000 honor roll, recognizing companies named to the list for five or more years. According to Inc., less than a tenth of Inc. 5000 honorees ever achieve the five-time milestone and no more than one percent have made the list eight times.

“We are thrilled to make the Inc. 5000 rankings, once again,” said Chris Schellhorn, CEO of Confirmation.com. “This is an exciting time for Confirmation.com, and this honor represents an extraordinary accomplishment for our employees, whose hard work and talent are the reasons for our incredible growth and success.”

Companies on the Inc. 5000 were ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2013 to 2016. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2013. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2016. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2013 is $100,000; the minimum for 2016 is $2 million.

"The Inc. 5000 is the most persuasive evidence I know that the American Dream is still alive,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “The founders and CEOs of the Inc. 5000 tell us they think determination, risk taking, and vision were the keys to their success, and I believe them.”
