Is my client a Citibank North America client?
Citibank North America balances are located in Citi’s New York branch and are denominated in USD only. Audit
confirmation requests for balances in other currencies (EUR, GBP, etc) are not serviced by Citibank North
America. Please select another Citibank option from the dropdown list or contact a service representative for
additional information.


I see multiple asset forms - which form do I choose?
The Financial Institution (FI) forms are routed to different service groups - the domicile of the client will
determine whether you choose US or non-US Financial Institution. For corporate clients (non-Financial
Institutions), simply choose the standard asset form.


Which FI destination do I choose?
If you are requesting an audit certificate for a Financial Institution (FI) that is US-domiciled, choose the Financial
Institution US option. If you are requesting an audit certificate for a Financial Institution that is not US-domiciled
(domiciled in another region), then choose the Financial Institution Non-US option.


How do I place non-USD audit confirmation requests?
Citibank North America only processes USD audit confirmation requests - for non-USD requests, please select an
option other than Citibank North America or ask the client to contact the service department for audit
confirmation request instructions.


How do I place audit confirmation requests for non Citibank NA accounts?
Please do not choose the Citibank North America option - choose another Citibank option or ask the client to
contact the service area for request-processing instructions.


Who to contact for Retail Branch accounts?
Retail Branch audit confirmation requests will not be processed in Citibank North America. For retail
branch requests (VODs), please note the following:
